Return Policy

Return and exchange are accepted within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible, the product(s) must be unused, in its original condition with price tag and original packaging. Product(s) returned without following the requested criteria may not be qualify for a refund or exchange.

Returns can be done via dropped off at the nearest GDEX outlets or drop off at our HQ.

Please email to us at e.store@degemdiamond.com with your order details of the product(s) you want to return. We will send you a Return Order Number, that will be needed in the Product Return Form.

Please fill up the Product Return Form with your Return Order Number and GDEX return slip. Insert your return form in your parcel along with your product(s) and ensure it is packed securely in the original package you have received. Drop it off at the nearest GDEX outlet and keep a record of your tracking number.

The product(s) is your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure it’s packed securely and won’t get damaged on its journey.

Once the return has been evaluated and approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account. Please allow 14 working days for the bank to process the payment.

In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), we will notify you before sending it back to you.
