Self-collection: You will be receiving a notification via email when your item has arrived at your selected boutique. Kindly wait for the email before visiting the boutique.
Home delivery: If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched, together with the tracking number (with a link to the courier’s web page) to inform you on your delivery.
Please take note that we are not liable for any loss, damage or delay caused by our courier partner that we have no control over.
Home delivery: Within 7 working days
a. A copy of your self-collection notification email/soft-copy of the invoice.
b. An original IC
c. If you send a representative to collect the product(s) on your behalf, please ensure that they have a copy of your self-collection notification email and valid document(s) of identification.
For faulty product(s), please send us a photo.
