DeGem Designer Pieces Seen At The Red Carpet

Designed with extraordinary meaning, larger-than-life sparkles, and made for versatile wearing.

The start of year 2020 brought a new record for DeGem, as Hollywood stars Awkwafina, Idina Menzel, Reese Witherspoon and Janelle Monáe walked the Academy Awards and Golden Globes red carpet wearing DeGem-designed-and-crafted jewellery, set with De Beers Forevermark diamonds.
Awkwafina became the first actress of Asian descent to win the Golden Globes Best Actress in a Motion Picture—Musical or Comedy, wearing an aptly designed DeGem Journey ring.

Inspired by the curvature of train rail tracks, natural De Beers Forevermark diamonds are set gradually spiraling from the outside in, to the biggest center diamond.
Reese Witherspoon was also spotted wearing the DeGem Journey ring, as a cocktail ring, at the 2020 Vanity Fair Oscars Party, with a center diamond of 5.29 carats.
Janelle Monáe, Actor and Academy Award Performer, chose to wear DeGem’s Vero Amore Diamond Ring set. Vero Amore means ‘true love’ in Italian – this iconic ring is designed with contrasting grooves for sensory stimulation, and fancy shapes of diamonds interlocked into 3D layers, symbolising true love.

DeGem’s Vero Amore collection is inspired by Ali and Nino, famous kinetic statues in Georgia which move towards each other everyday to embrace, deeply embodying intimacy at the soul.
Actor Idina Menzel also wore DeGem’s Vero Amore Diamond Ring set with a center diamond of 7.04 carats, to the Golden Globes, electrifying her ice-queen-esque white gown.
Another statement piece that is red-carpet-ready by DeGem is a multi-strand De Beers Forevermark diamond necklace, inspired by the couture of a timeless free-flowing bow.
